Read the terms for using ChargeFlow.Pro as a private EV charging tracker, analytics dashboard, and report export service.
Account responsibility
Keep your login details secure and use accurate charging data if you rely on reports for reimbursement, tax, or personal records.
Plans and billing
Free accounts have limited sessions and vehicles. Pro plans unlock advanced analytics, exports, and report features. Website subscriptions are handled through Stripe. iOS in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Advertising
Free iOS accounts may see clearly labeled sponsored placements in limited dashboard or charging-history surfaces. Pro accounts are ad-free. Ads must not be used to interrupt logging sessions, onboarding, account deletion, export, privacy, or other important forms.
Cancellation and refunds
Stripe subscriptions can be managed through the website account page where available. Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and must be canceled or refunded through Apple's App Store subscription and refund process. Deleting a ChargeFlow.Pro account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Reports and analytics
Charts, CSV files, and PDF reports are generated from user-entered data and should be reviewed before external use.
Account deletion and retained records
You can delete your ChargeFlow.Pro account from Account settings. Deletion removes ChargeFlow-owned app data, but we may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud, billing, dispute, security, or compliance purposes.
Acceptable use
Use ChargeFlow.Pro for lawful personal or business EV record keeping. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
Service changes
Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as ChargeFlow.Pro evolves. We will keep account and billing controls available for active users.
