Read how ChargeFlow.Pro handles EV charging records, account data, report exports, subscriptions, and privacy controls.
Data we collect
We collect account email and authentication data, user ID, charging sessions, vehicle records, selected provider and location text, optional saved coordinates from map search, notes you enter, currency preference, subscription status, purchase entitlement data, account-deletion requests, report export records, website analytics events, and limited ad-related diagnostics or interaction data from trusted advertising SDKs when ads are shown.
How we use it
We use this data to provide charge logging, dashboards, history, vehicle analytics, CSV/PDF exports, account limits, subscription access, account deletion, fraud and abuse prevention, support, product reliability, aggregate website measurement, and non-interruptive ad delivery for eligible free iOS accounts.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database/authentication, payment processing, email delivery, App Store purchase verification, map/location search, Google Analytics website measurement, and Google AdMob advertising in the iOS app. These providers process data only to support ChargeFlow.Pro and their disclosed service purposes.
Your controls
You can edit or delete charging records, export your data, update account preferences, and delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes ChargeFlow-owned app data, while limited records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud, billing, dispute, or security reasons.
iOS privacy
The iOS app uses backend APIs only, stores app preferences on device, does not request device location permission, does not add an AppTrackingTransparency prompt, and does not declare tracking domains. Free accounts may see clearly labeled Google AdMob placements in approved dashboard or history surfaces; Pro accounts remain ad-free.
Advertising choices
ChargeFlow.Pro does not sell personal charging data. The current iOS ad configuration disables publisher privacy personalization, avoids popup, interstitial, app-open, rewarded, onboarding, and form ads, and includes a Report ad action on sponsored placements.
Subscriptions and refunds
Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple. Deleting your ChargeFlow.Pro account does not cancel an Apple subscription; use App Store subscription management for cancellation, refunds, and billing questions handled by Apple.
Security approach
We separate user data by account, use authenticated API access for private records, protect passwords through secure authentication systems, keep service-role and payment verification secrets on the server, and do not sell personal charging data.
